1. Process perspective

according to manager Li, colorful uses Cleo 800 Series Phototypesetter in stereo printing, with an accuracy of 3600dpi and more than 400 lines/inch. When choosing a Phototypesetter for stereoscopic printing, the grating parameters must be fully considered. Even the Phototypesetter of the same brand has different accuracy, so the same Phototypesetter must be used for the same ~ live parts in different batches. In addition, it is necessary to calibrate regularly against the setter to ensure high-precision image effect

when making stereoscopic image films, if the accuracy of the Phototypesetter is set to an integral multiple of the image resolution, the occurrence of periodic fringes can be reduced to a certain extent. Since the grating is composed of regular fringes, in order to avoid collision, frequency modulation plus is often used. The paper size is 200mm x 280mm to 720mm x520mm, and the maximum printing area is 71omm × 51ommm, the thickness range of printing materials is 0.04 ~ 0.60mm, and the printing speed is 15500 sheets/hour. During raster printing, the speed of the printer is generally limited to 7000 sheets/hour. The UV curing system of the equipment is the key link of printing control. Different types of inks have different curing characteristics. In order to fully cure UV inks, it is necessary to select the matching UV light source. The commonly used UV light sources include high-pressure mercury lamp, metal halogen lamp, etc. the lamp tube cooling methods include ventilation cooling and water cooling. When selecting UV light source, it is necessary to select UV light source according to UV ink and 3 The pressure reducing valve in the pneumatic 3-piece is set at the convenient operation position, which depends on the curing conditions of UV light oil. It is also necessary to compare the irradiation efficiency of UV lamp. Due to the short service life of UV lamp, it is generally about 1000 hours. 2. Main consumables

(1) grating material

stereoscopic printing requires high surface strength of grating material. Insufficient surface strength is easy to lead to poor adhesion. Due to the smooth back of grating and low affinity for ink, it is easy to pull off the previous color ink when overprinting the latter color. Therefore, with the implementation of Euro 6 standard, the printing suitability of materials should be tested, and the surface energy of materials should be above 40 dyne. In addition, we should reasonably arrange the color sequence and adjust the relevant process parameters in the printing process to avoid and reduce the occurrence of the above phenomena

(2) ink

because the material of the grating is polymer material, the absorption is poor, and the ordinary ink will not penetrate and dry on the grating material. Therefore, we choose to use UV ink for direct printing. The UV curing principle is used to produce photochemical reaction and instant curing of the ink. However, grating materials of different materials need to match different inks, and factors such as light transmittance, curing rate and concealment of inks should be comprehensively considered. When printing pet gratings, the relevant institutions use Gao's rap series ink, which has a very good printability

(3) plate material

except for the positive PS plate for UV ink, if other positive PS plates have not been baked, the printing resistance is low, so it needs to be baked (the baking condition is 250. 6-8 minutes at C). For negative PS version, we should also try to choose high printing resistance plate

(4) fountain solution

because there is no special fountain solution for UV ink printing, excessive Arabic gum should be avoided to be added to the fountain solution, because Arabic gum will react with UV ink, causing ink stacking, rubber blanket stacking and other failures. Using alcohol fountain system can reduce the surface tension of ink and promote the curing effect. In addition, during the printing process, the blank part of the printing plate can be strengthened with the fountain solution to ensure that the lipophilic area is fully ink friendly and the hydrophilic area is not inked

3. Personnel

because stereoscopic printing is not very common in China, especially in the north, and there are few technicians and equipment operators for stereoscopic printing, enterprises need to invest considerable human, material and financial resources in the training of operators. If personnel cannot keep up, stereoscopic printing process control will become a production bottleneck

quality evaluation standard

stereoscopic printing is different from ordinary printing. It has its own set of evaluation standards. 1. Stereoscopic sense

the foreground and background of stereoscopic images will inevitably produce ghosting. On the premise of ensuring the clarity (that is, ghosting is within the allowable range), the maximum stereoscopic depth from the foreground to the background should be felt by the human eye. Here, stereoscopic depth refers to the depth of field of the picture rather than the actual depth of the scene being photographed. The evaluation of stereoscopic sense is based on the stereoscopic depth sensed by the human eye. The greater the depth sensed, the better the stereoscopic sense

2. Sharpness

sharpness is related to the resolution of grating image and the properties of grating (grid distance, width, light transmittance). Within a specific observation distance, a stereoscopic image that cannot distinguish between grating lines and image pixels. The higher the definition, the better the image quality

3. Matching degree

the matching degree of grating plate and grating image affects the quality of stereo pictures. Poorly matched pictures will make people feel dizzy

4. Brightness

images with higher brightness look more comfortable. The quality of the image is better. Too dark images will affect the viewing effect, and the quality of the image is also worse. Due to the function of the grating plate, the brightness of the stereo image will be reduced, which affects the viewing effect of the image. The use of grating plates with high transmittance can reduce the brightness loss of printed matter. At the same time, when making raster images, the brightness of the images can be adjusted and improved appropriately to compensate for the brightness loss
